教授,博导,北方工业大学集成电路学院集成电路设计与集成系统系主任,北方工业大学泛在通信与智能芯片实验室主任,国家万人领军,浙江省领军人才,北京科技新星,中科院青促会首届会员及微电子所首任会长。中国短距无线通信学术委员会副主任,研究方向为短距无线通信系统及芯片、高能效电路与系统、领域定制加速器芯片、混合信号集成电路、计算机体系架构、低功耗物联网芯片,十五年短距无线通信系统与芯片研发及产业经验。


教育经历

1999年,四川西华大学获电气工程学院学士学位

2002年,重庆大学获电气工程学院硕士学位

2011年,中国科学院大学获微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。

研究领域

短距无线通信系统及芯片、高能效电路与系统领域定制加速器芯片、混合信号集成电路、低功耗物联网芯片、智能信号处理系统及SoC


教授课程

2021~2025年,国家示范微电子学院硕博通用专业核心课《高等数字集成电路分析与设计》课程首席教授,累计为中科院全院硕士博士研究生1000人次讲授《高等数字集成电路分析与设计》课程。

2026年起,担任北方工业大学集成电路学院硕士生课程《数字集成电路》课程首席教授。本科生课程《数字集成电路》课程首席教授
