Founded in 1993,the College of Continuing Education offers adult education programs. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the College is granted the qualification of offering the undergraduate evening university programs and correspondence programs.. The College enrolls student from provinces and municipalities all over the country, thus having instruction stations in different parts of the country. The adult students willing to study at the College have to pass the annual entrance examinations for higher education. The programs offered by the College are as follows: computerized accounting, economic management, trade economics, law, accounting and statistics, modern secretarial studies and office automation, computer science and applications, industrial electric automation, electric and mechanic engineering, architectural engineering, automatic instrumentation, nonferrous metallurgy and others. In addition, the College offers the following undergraduate programs for those who have vocational training degrees: accounting, architectural engineering, industrial automation and the like. The students, who complete all the required study programs, go through all the process of instruction and pass all the examinations with a satisfactory standing, obtain from the College their certificates of graduation printed and verified by the Education Ministry, all bearing NCUT’s official steel seal, while the excellent students are conferred Bachelor’s degrees.
